On FM2011 Whenever I attempt to change the transfer budget for any team, e.g. Chelsea to maximum 2bn transfer budget, and I load up the game and make sure that transfers in first window is enabled, it still doesnt let me spend anything and when I try to go to board room and edit the budget it lets me have about 20mil...also I edited the balance of club to 2bn aswell as transfer budget...where am I going wrong?

Wouldn't that make the team go bankrupt if all the money is put to transfers, what about wages. I know a lot as I constantly create rich teams. If you want the largest you can get, make sure rep and sugar daddy foreground is on and put balance to 999,999,999 and then put a transfer budget near 500 million
