My West Ham team are constantly taking loans and getting investment by my chairman (and now chairwoman) to keep going.

I need to expand my stadium to improve revenue and my wage bill is around £1.6m per week. Stadium only holds 40,000 at the minute.

How can I improve finances so I don't have to keep relying on my board? I want my club to become self sufficient.

Maybe a chinese/usa feeder club,which usually gives good merchandising income.Also there's a thread about this,can't find it atm.
