Financial Confusion and trouble

Hi I am currently managing plymouth argyle in 2014 and i am 14th in the premier league and after a busy january transfer window in which i spent £7 million more than what i got by selling players. And suddenly our finances are deep in the red. I have been unable to get any facilities upgraded at all in this save. My club has been in debt since i started the game but a lot of it comes from "other" which is really frustrating me as the tv money is easily paying off all wages/loans each month. Here are some screenshots of my finances, does anyone know what i can do to try and get us making a profit?

Win some competitions and sell some players. Replace them with loans and freebies. Your only £10 mill in the red so should be gone when you come to the end of the season.
