im am currently managing liverpool and am losing 8-10 million a month. I also have a minus wage budget by 200k any help lads thanks in advance
 
same things happening to me, but im losing around 15mill a month, starting with a balence of 60mil but its dropped to 47mil. the clubs currently undergoin a takeover as well and if they do take it over, the new owners r saying they will replace me as manager. r u on the 9.3.0 patch.
 
who have u signed and that, coz you mite be losing loads on clauses in contracts and things like that, also most probs you are losing so much on monthly repayments on the loan that liverpool have. post a few screenie up of your finances and ill have a look for you if you want
 
Why are you worrying about monthly losses? If you spend 17 million quid on transfers then it's quite likely you'll be in the red. You're gambling that the extra spending will bring greater success. If you don't, then your bank balance would be 2 million quid higher than it was at the start of the season. You're paying 2.7 million a month for a loan, so naturally you'll be losing money every month once you take into account you've still got to run the club as well. What will make it up is the fact that you'll get Champion's League and Premier League money at the end of the season.

Very, very few clubs tend to make a profit every month - that's because a huge chunk of your income comes in the period May to July. Stop fretting about monthly losses and focus on the balance at the end of each season. That's the one to keep your eye on - ideally you want the books balanced by the end of May. BTW 200k a week in the wages budget translates to over 10 million quid for the season which will dent your finances quite substantially if your over by that much, or will improve it substantially if you're under by that much.

i signed aguero for 48million and valencia for 1o and srna for 23million

Yea im in march now in my 1st season and im 20million in the red

i once went 158 million in debt on football manager 2008 because i gave myself a budget of 1.8 billion(using an editor) and spent loads,i didn't realize i was losing so much money
all my players kept saying that they would be willing to leave the club in order to help my financial situation...

yea i will have a load of talented kids and another reason 4 going into debt is buying aguero for 48 million and he has only scored 9 league goals ps how much debt would i have to get in to go into adminstration
 
I dont now I've never been in dept. The bussiness side is my strong point as a manager.

i would say since im 23 million in debt and its my first year in march i think im not far off.im in the cl semis so hopefully that will help

HAHAHA thats unbelievable!

Im having the same trouble, im Newcastle and im getting a pathetic amount of gate receipts each month... Im earning something like 600,000 in gate receipts then losing a million in match day expenses!!!

On some other thread some guy said son't worry about falling into a little debt like - 10 million because most clubs are in debt. What amount of debt should i be worried about?
 
right, i think we have arrived at the problem here:L:L you are at october, and yet int he brand new season, you have already spent 50mil on wages:\ 8 days into the new month of october you have already spent 5mil on wages:L you need to sort out the wages:\ and then focus on winning the easy and crucial champions league games which will bring in around half a million prize money a win:\
