my financial balance is decreasing!!! any advise???
ive read a few threads about decreasing players wages.. ive tried but its not helping alot...
any possible way to increase income??
currently in 1st season. "new player"
sry for bad english...

Well if you have signed players using the monthly installments your balance wil decrease every month because you have to pay that club a certain fee every month.

Arrange a friendly when you can and you'll receive money from TV and tickets etc.

i found a little trick (you might know it already) if you offer a player a contract, have a look at what he is currently getting payed, then on the weekly wage you offer him in the contract offer, offer him bowt 500 per week less than what he is on (sometimes you can get it down by more than 500). example: wayne rooney is on 100,000 a week, offer him 500 or 1000 less,(obviously because its rooney you will probably want it down more so try getting it down ALOT more. the best bit is if you do this with every player, your expenses go alot down each month and even when that play accepts the contract, they will sometimes not want a new contract as they just signed a new one, even yet the do quite alot of the time. this is fantastic for a club losing alot of money each month, with preston, ross wallace is on about 6,000 a week, i have now got him down to 2,500 a week. happy days:D. i hope i helped you.

The older the players get the less they want paying. So kinda obvious ross wallace will decrease in wages to start with.

i understan wat u mean.. i did this in fifa2009 manager mode 2...=x
but everytime i sign a new contract it requires a signing fees...even though u reduce wages by 1k or 5k.. signing fees like rooney needs about 500k++.. not worth it=.=

mmm....:S true, when you look at the bigger picture, if rooney was on 100,000 a week, 5 weeks later you have payed the signing on fee if you pay it all 1, (i think i get it anyway oO) im not quite sure lol) and MiicK, wallace is only 25 n cheers for the little guy, he is AWSOME!!!! just off form a little :S hopefully he will get back to himself in time for the playoffs (hopefully)

If your balance is steadily decresing, this is the answer you dont really want to hear, but there isnt really anything you can do really to stop this, as the earlier person stated if you have bought players on monthly installments then your balance will come down but likewise if you are over your wage budget etc your balance again will decrease, if its a case of your income just isnt big enough the only real way to increase income is to sell players which brings in money and reduces wages, so if you have players that are just rotation players or players who arnt fantastic who you could maybe replace with a youth player or a freebie then this will be worth doing, if you are only at the start of your game and still in a transfer window then this is really what you need to do, yes you can try offering new contracts etc but because of the signing on fees you wont really save money, try loaning players out with other teams paying the wages, etc after a season or so and you having looked for feeder clubs already you get the option to choose your feeder club type look for money making links but really there is no magic cure to stop the balance of your club reducing, the only thing you can do is sell players and play youth, keep signing on fees to a minimum until the books are balanced, also finishing higher in the league and winning games also gets you win bonuses. not the helpful info you wanted to hear but thats the way to balance your books.

Have you asked the board for stadium expansion recently? Have they accepted?

I never pay any player I sign or any player when i'm renewing their contract, any signing-on fees, NEVER. Saves a load of money. ;)

You may also have loan repayments that the club are comitted to. With a few clubs, they have a couple of million each month in repayments which really drains the accounts. At the end of the day, the more successful you are, the more money you will bring in both in terms of competition revenue, higher gate receipts etc. On every game I play, the finances always decrease during the season but then shoot back up during pre-season due to getting Season ticket sales etc
