find bargains

hi,

I'm playing a save in the year 2035 with a small club that recently promoted to the Bundesliga.

we don't have much money so I want to find bargains to buy cheap play them for a season or two and sell them.

do you have any tips for me? like what type of filter would you create to find players like that

I usually look around the smaller international teams, for any players who are 19 and under. Chances are they have semi-decent PA if they are already in the national first teams at a young age, and should be cheap too
