Finding players

I purposely started a new game without the january update so I could get the players myself.
I at the start of the season and I'm trying to find the players I need to shortlist but I can't find them.
My added leagues are Premier League, England with a large database.
The players I need are :
Kevin De Bruyne, Omeruo (Both in Belgium)
Bamford (Nott Forest)
Andreas Christensen (Brondby)
I obv am willing to start another save game but was just wondering if the players will randomly pop up later in the season.
How can I find them?

Load Championship in England, Sweden and Belgium (first divisions) and you'll find them.

Can you load other leagues when you already started playing?
