Finding regens

Was just wondering how every1 seems to find these top notch regens. ive never had any regens this good. Could people possibly post thier best regens in here. And does it depend how good the youth system is at your club, as to wether or not top class regens come through??

This is all crazy i bought the best scouts from all around the world eg;Germany argentina england spain italy and all other good countrys but i still found 0 regens so as the guy asked can you post all the best regens you have found

Regen's are rubbish, i'd rather you just finish the game when everyone's retired.
