Hi all the last football manager I played was 13, I was just wondering how I find youths from others countries, whenever I enter under 16 in to my scouting page it only brings up enlish teams
You need to expand your scouting knowledge in order for them to appear in your searching parameters, sign staff with knowledge of other countries in order to increase your scouting knowledge, you can also set up links with clubs to share scouting knowledge.
You can still manually check teams, i recommend international youth squads and check this link out for individual clubs from around the world with good youth setups...
