Hi all, im currently managing fiorentina in my 2nd season. 1st season i finished 2nd which i was really happy with but no matter what team i am i never seam to play well the 2nd season, ive been told it could be cos i never usually change my tactics but ive tried that b4 and it still hasnt really worked :( please can someone help b4 i start my 2nd season with fiorentina!!lol heres my team anyone no what i should do with it eg who to sell? Or what tactic to use both would help me alot :) thanks

just not sure if balotelli will play any good RM and i spent like all my budget on him haha
 
Try and retrain him there.
 
My 1st game didnt go to well was 2-0 down at the start but luckly got to goals, but still should be playing alot better. maybe let the tactic set in a few games?
