Fiorentina - How would you improve this squad?

So there are the players i'm currently working with in Jan 2014. I play either 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 or 4-4-2, with a mix of wingers and inside forwards depending on the formation etc etc so i always try to get people who can fill 2 roles if possible. Only one regen in the squad is the ST/AMR named Jefferson who is 18 and has 2.5 star current ability and 4.5 star potential.

So yeah, how would you improve the squad either this window (13m, EU players only) or next season (Assumed 1st place finish would give approx 30-35m and room for another 2 non-EU players).

Players like Yann M'Vila, Fellaini, Neymar, Leandro Damiao etc have already been signed by the top teams so will be out of my price range and have no interest even if i could afford them. So please, don't suggest them.

regens if your in 2014 best way to build that squad and much cheaper!

If you are in January you can always catch players who will be free in July.

I think that is a good start and also catch young potential players (regens?).
