First Name Last Name managers popping up randomly?

Ok so in my Hibernian save, there has been a lot of managers named "First Name Last Name" showing up. (i'm not adding them) as soon as they are created, they retire for some reason. It's happened to Rangers, Man City, Chelsea, and Benfica. What's going on???

Yeah I added the Mongolian league and changed the names of competitions like EURO cup to Europa League
