first & second saison transfer window?

Hello FM,

What are players that can go straightly into a premier league top team that can be bought for around +- 10 mil...?

CM/DM Lucas Romero - 5mil
DM/CM Gil Gaston Romero - 5mil

I picked up Angel Correa for free in January as his contract was expiring, he turns out to be beastly
I picked up Ginter in my second season for 3.5mil and Fernandinho for 7.5mil as both wanted out and were transfer-listed.
A.Zivkovic is a cheap one, but needs time to develop. Vidic, A.Cole, Evra and V.Valdes normally have their contracts run out so have a look at them.

I have a few saves running with always new project.. Most of my saves are with Liverpool. One with playing as many as possible youth, one just being the best, one with no transfers first saison, one limited budjet etc..

So now i want to start maybe with liverpool in 14.3.1 probably a team like southampton, newcastle ore something so succeed with and then i don't want to buy players for 20 mil ore something ore 5 mil now ont 20 over 48 months ore with extra's etc..
