First time Cardiff help

Hi,

I am looking to start a new save with Cardiff, now I only ever go Newcastle on all football managers so this is new ground for me.
I start with 4.4 million and I was wondering which players I should buy?
Also which players should be sold?
Any help would be great.

I signed him on a one year contract and didn't get injured once, starting 19 games for me and averaged 7.28! haha
