First time player in need of help

I just got FM 10 based on praise given it from friends.

I started at Celtic but was given just 2 million to make transfers. My players are worth almost nothing and I have no clue how to get more money.

Tips for making more money?
Tips for scouting?

Any tips for a noob like me would be greatly appreciated.

use the live search bar on and type in anything you might need, its really helpful as there are plenty of threads like these

Players may be a helpful topic, but the thing with Celtic you dont need to buy much to win the title and you should get a greater transfer budget next season as they usually get decent profit

Also check the transfer list as you can loan them for a small fee, and half there wages usually

Punt Mcgeady asap. Should get about 10 - 12 mill and you will not miss him at all.

search for free transfers, gallas etc some good players to be found even for the better teams like celtic
