Morning chaps,
A question i have: Do fitness coaches go into the main coaching pool at you club to be assigned tasks or are they like Physio and Youth coaches?
The reason i am asking is i have First team and normal 'coaches' covering my aerobic and strength training. do i need fitness coaches as well ? I am allowed 4 but have 0 at the moment.
