Fitting In

Can someone tell me how long (roughly and generally) it takes for 3 players to gell with their team mates?

I think it depends on an hidden attribute, Adaptability, not sure if its the only atribute that determines how long the players need.

best thing to avoid this altogether mate is look at the top left corner of scout reports..
usually tells you what kind of mentality the player has and what type your team has. and wether thay have a lot of fitting in to do or not.. but slbenficacoach hit the nail on the head
