Check your preferences, Its an option you can Tick/Untick to have all games played at same time (to make Network games go quicker)

Make sure -Allow matches to be moved for TV Broadcast is ticked
Then Online Preferences
Untick use Saturday and Wednesday matchdays to ensure managers play simultaneously.
