FK Lovćen tactic...

I'm form Montenegro, and i love to play with our clubs: FK Budućnost(my favourite), FK Sutjeska, FK Lovćen, OFK Petrovac, FK Rudar Pljevlja...
I want to start with Lovćen. I hate making tactics, because i'm awful at that. When i make tactic i lose against some club from Third league.
I need help with tactic! Please help!
My game freezes when i upload archived tactic, so don't send me download link. Post pictures of tactic. |)
