Hello!

Let me introduce a system based on my classic tactics from previous versions of FM, from which I've had incredible success with. (PS! Sorry for my bad english).

I have spent 5 seasons perfecting my classic mode tactic with the new system introduced in FM14. It has been a rollercoaster. Although I've had decent success in all my seasons so far, it has been incredibly difficult to replicate the domination I experienced in previous versions. It was the most astonoshing tactic I have ever used, dominating each game and playing beautiful football (scoring tons of goals).

The tactic I will walk through with you now is the closest I have come to that. It's a 4-1-2-1-2 pass and move system supported by technical superiority, flair and defensive stability.

Here it is:

The difference between this tactic and my previous one is:

- Instead of 3 central defenders I have included the new "halfback" position.
- Wingbacks lower on the pitch.
- Instead of 2 attaching midfielders I now have 2 strikers.

Looking at the screenshot you can see each player roles which in my opinion is the best for this tactic, especially the back four and the halfback should NOT be changed. The only three roles you can have some fun with is the three in front (AF, T & F9). But I would advice to look for players that suit each role instead, it's working like a dream.

This season I won everything except for the FA-cup (fielded a youth team in the semi final against Man Utd).

Here are some of my results (look at the domination and the CCC's):

Training:

Balanced (average) and attaching movement (rest before and after match). I will come back with more details.

That's great! With what team? Let me know when you've tested some more :)

Sorry to hear that. Let the tactic become fluent and you'll see some very good results hopefully!
