FM 15 doesnt start (app already running)

hello all,
i just bought fm15 through steam but when i tried to launch it, nothing shows and when i try to launch again, it says app already running. i tried ending the task from task manager and launch again but to no avail. your help will be much appreciated. thanks in advance. View attachment 330489

i tried restarting and even uninstalling then reinstalling steam. i left my laptop open for hours (after opening FM) and just came back to see this View attachment 330428 . getting desperate here lads :S
