FM 15, Team instruction?

Hey all

I have just brought FM15 as it was on sale,

I've been playing FM12 for the past few years

And i can't seem to find team instruction's (Where you can edit the defensive line, Select a playermaker etc)

Looked through all the tabs and stuff,

Any help would be grand!

On the left bar where it says tactics, click on that and then you get a screen with tabs going across at the top like Overview, Player etc.
Underneath that there's more tabs, (Tactics, Mentality, Shape) and then the furthest right is the Team Instructions bit. Click on Instructions (0) to change them to your tactical liking.

I think that's what you mean anyway. If you then want individual player instructions, the the tab on the first set which says Player is where you need to go.

If you want a playmaker, just select a playmaking role.
