My cross over game will not work from PC to iOS ?

You've not given any information, so it's difficult. What exactly isn't working?

How many leagues/countries did you load when you started the save?

I'm going to assume the crossover save isn't actually loading so you can play the game on your device. With the information you have given, the best to do is to head over to the Sports Interactive forum and post your problem there where you can be assisted more efficiently.
