Fm 2010 Data Editor

Hello i followed the instructions on how to find the editor in my computer but when 've done it all and click on data editor it comes up with "config" when i click on that it just comes to an internet page please help me..i want to create a player(me) and be sickkk

So when you open the Data Editor you get a pop-up box saying config? Or is that when you load a database?

its pretty much
i go on sports interactive-football manager, a list comes up i click on editor data because thats the only thing with editor on it
the others are skins games etc
and i click on that and
all thats in the file is "config" nothing else :s

what happens if you don't load any of them?

well all i can tell you is when i click on config it just goes to an internet page but were i can't click on anything
i just need to know what to do to get editor or do i need to reinstall the game again?
