Fm 2010 extracting problem

Hi i cant seem to extract add ons. Ive been told to right click on the file and then extract to graphics folder but it doesnt give me the potion of extracting. The only add on that has worked is premiership logos and that only worked because winzip came up and i could do it from there but how do i extract if i dont get the option of winzip. plz help

use winrar right click file then extractfiles to the place you want

ok ive downloaded manager faces and thats my folder name, when i right click it gives me 3 extract options extract files extract here or extract to manager faces

Extract files. Then extract it by navigating through the menu to the correct folder.
