FM 2010 - Im New To This Game , So Some Help Please.

Hello People!
This is my first post here,
I recently got FM 2010 like 2/3 months ago and installed it 2 weeks back and I have been non stop playing it, I will get FM2011 soon to but first I want to atleast finish a season on FM2010.
So I got some questions and all,

1.How come the player attributes are like 18 , 15, 16 , why arent they like 90, 94 , ? And is there any way I could change that to out of 100 ? instead of out of 20 ? by using a tool or something ? Because Im used to the players being out of 100 and all and this is just annoying. Also how come theres no overall rating for the player?

2.All the players training is set by deafult yeah ? So I don't have to do it manually?

3.Is there like a good for newbie players to how to play fm 2010 or something ?

4.What are the must get tools/utilites for fm2010 ?

fm = out of 20. champ man is out of 100 or was last time i played. 20 is far beta. 100 is poor in my opinion and i dont think u can change it. u wil get used to it being out of 20

you cannot change the stats, that is FM, 20 is a good range for stats, it has not changed since like being released as Cm eons ago

you can either search for Tugs or Dans training for FM10, they were the best and download and import them in via training schedules

there are many guides for Fm, try searching for Wolfgangs team talk guide, this

i dont use any Fm tool, but alot of people use Genie Scout, FMRTE (Football manager real time editor)

yet another wrong-placed topic

1. you'll have to be used with it, mate
just a hint: 12-15 is good enough for lower team, but not good enough for big team/ teams on the top division

no such "overall rating" thing in FM, that's why you need SCOUT!!!
although, don't trust them 100 percent

The attributes are out of 20 year, it's far easier than having them out of 100 but at the same time not that different. As for no overall rating, I guess you've been playing FIFA manager, overall ratings suck, it takes no still so it will never be in FM games, you can however get assistant manager reports on your players which will rate them out of 5 stars compared to your strongest striker.

Yeah there is a default training schedule you can change it if you wish but leaving it on the default setting should be fine.

I guess you are referring to guides in this question? Honestly I don't know if there is any guides for FM10 but FM is a very complex game, any guide would be huge it's mainly down to trial and error, so just give it a go.

I wouldn't say there are any "must get tools" but at the top of the screen under "editors" you will find the few tools/editors that have been posted for FM11

Okay thanks but 20 is just hard for me to u know see if the player is good or not.

also how come chicharito is not there in fm 2010 ? D: i have patch 10.0.1 im downloading the .3 one.
