FM 2011 Error

Hi!
Whenever I get to the part, where I have to press play, to start the game. I get an error, and it minimizes and when I press ok, it maximises but then it goes to the same error again and minimizes, and to get it to stop I have to close FM down..
Can you guys help me?

I had summat similar , it could be that your xml files are missing in your football manager 11 data , google XML and download the files .it worked for me , anyhow if that dosent work , delete all xml files from your football manager data because they may be corrupt , let me know if either works .ps- hope you understand this

I cant really seem to find what kind of XML i have to download from google?
