FM 2012 12.2.1 Tactics

So, since the new patch came out, i've been struggling to get decent results, from lower divisions to high ones... I normally download tatics from this site, but i haven't found any really good one for the new patch... any suggestion? thanks! (I Like 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2 (wingers) tatics, but i am open to other ones!)
