FM 2012 idea: Reserves League???

So I'm playing with Dnipro, and i've noticed that their 2nd/Reserve just lay rotting there..because of no reserve league system..And as you obviously know this is the case with many other leagues around Europe and even the world. So I was thinking, why not give us (the managers) the power to create a reserve league..and then invite the reserve teams from our division, and maybe also some international teams to play throughout the season..Maybe it can be an extension of the Create-a-Friendly-League option in the Fixtures tab..Am I the only one who thinks it might help bring up young players if you're managing in these leagues?..And/or does the power to create such a league lie beyond a football manager's hands?

Not realistic though is it. That kind of decision is down to the FA.

Can't be arsed to link you, because there's a search feature which you're supposed to use. Obviously you couldn't be arsed to search, so I'm not going to make any effort either

There is indeed already a thread for ideas on fm 2012- it got made stupidly early I think even a week after fm11 came out.

It's knocking around somewhere.
