FM 2012 memory warning

hey guys, i got a problem with my FM 2012
when i opened the "tactic" menu, suddenly a warning text appear, and it says
"FM 2012 is running dangerously low on memory. Please quit and free up some memory"
"FM 2012 has run out of memory and will now quit"

how to fix it ? please, if you know, text me in this thread.
*i've used tune-up utilities to clean up some memory in disk, but it still not working.

i can't fix this issue...try clean install..clear up some memory...nothing works

Same here, never had it before.

I have plenty of RAM & Hard-Disk Space, it must be a bug of somesort.
