FM 2013 crash at start

I installed FM2013 installed the last patch too ,i start the game and all seems ok i go to choose the team to start a new game all ok,but after i choose it and after i make my first meeting with the staff my fm2013 crashed and without any message of crashing or else just stop working that's all.Pls help

Nothing better than people complaining about cracked patches not working properly.
