fm 2014 application error a serious error was encountered

Happens alot when im playing online with my friend! Please, someone help.. I searched online, deleted my preferance folder and verified the game on steam, still not working.. I tried downloading DirectX again, still not working.. And now its happening ALOT, i also got a runtime error once or twice! PLEASE help!

Delete all your crash dumps and verify everything, there are crash dump files in your my docs folder and in your fm14 folder within steam apps. Then verify cache etc. Works for me not had an error since
