FM 2016 Running Slow With Laptop

Hi,

Wondered if anyone can help me.

FM 2016 is running very slow on my laptop. Best way to explain is jolty, and when I click things its slightly delayed.

Laptop is under a year old and a pretty decent one. I havent had this problem before.

Could it be anything to do with other programs running in the background?

I have the same problem on a very good PC
I had this problem when I was playing FM 2015.
