FM 24 Early Access really dropping on the 19th of Oct ? What time will it be released ?

i just pre ordered fm24 on steam and im hyped that the early access might come out on the 19th of oct cuz of the leak from epic games . but is it really coming out on the 19th ? or is that only for the people who pre ordered the game on the official fm website ? also what time will the early access release ? im from asia and im curious to know if it drops at 12 AM (GMT+8) or 12 PM VidMate .

I had to close and reopen steam before it showed that I could down load it
