FM-Base Sig Making Comp - Group 2

Hey,

This is group 2 of my sig making competition. The topic of this group is Richad Hammond, good luck to all participating.

I don't think any of them are that great, although it's a difficult topic, and i'm no expert, i went for Dunc for the humour, Chaspian's was good too, but you can't see all the text, and i'd prefer it without the border. Redders was OK, quite funny.. but yeah, sorry everyone else, Dunc just gets my vote.

NB: Credit to everyone, who did well with a difficult topic.

As did Redders', but for all the wrong reasons.

then sir, you need help. Duncs is tacky with a simple gradient based on a simple gay joke........ and some of the critque in this particular group is down right retarded.

Redders you get my vote, good lighting, overall flow, ambience, no wasted space and just the right saturation.... good job!

Voted for Dunc. Bit dissapointed in the standard though, I didn't know what Curt was aiming for. Redders had a good idea going, but It wasn't for me. Rho was the most creative, but seems to make no sense and a bit of the top in places.

Therefore, Dunc gets the vote.

To be fair, Caspian_Rho, your signature doesn't look like it took very long either. You plopped some splatter brushes on the canvas and splashed a pretty poor render on top.

So my vote was cast not because Dunc's was particularly special, but because all of them sucked enough to force me into it.

I don't try and hide the fact that I am pretty poor at making sigs, so I try and make mine humorus and appealing to people with a sense of humor.

I scrapped a few ideas, it was originally a martial arts fight with Kung-fu Panda. getting a particular perspective that sat right was tough so I went with a more childish imitation of Hammond..... Believe it or not the render is top stock and pro done. And perhaps I coulda spent a bit more time but I thought the over-all flow was consistent and worked pretty well.... nice sig btw
