Fm Editor help

so i have couple of teams which i created in a league, example i have team A, B and Team C

Can i make these rules somehow?

Team A - Can only buy players from England
Team B - Can only buy players from Italy
Team C - Can only buy players from France

Athletico Bilbao can only buy Basque Players so if you go on the you could see if you could find anything different from others teams. Apart from that I don't know.

No,as far as anybody on this forum knows this isnt possible.
Bilbao are pre programmed like this by si and it cant be changed in the editor. Sorry mate.
If you change the city your club is from it will change the nationality of your regens though.

Yeah it's not possible, I've been on 2 other well established forums recently to look at the possibility of doing this and haven't found a way
