FM editor problems

I have arranged for Mourinho and Pellegrini to be at Chelsea and City for 1/7/2013 yet when I start the game they are already at Chelsea and City in 2012

I put Moutinho and Rodriguez at AS Monaco for 24 and 36 million but it says that Monaco had made an offer of 0 when you click on Trn.

Does anybody know the problem?

When you say you put Pellegrini and Mourinho at those clubs, you used the editor to change their club contracts to read Man City and Chelsea respectively? If so, then yes, it'll put them at those clubs from the start of the game. There's no way to set future manager changes in the game apart from by a game of chance.
Even if you set the contract start date in the future it'll put them at the club at the top of the contract page.

Not sure where you've gone wrong with the Moutinho/Rodriguez transfers. Can you link a screenshot of the Future Transfer page for either of them in the editor?
