FM Folder Problem

When I click on sports interactive there is no graphics folder so i added a graphics folder and downloaded some crests but they don't appear on the game?

you could check on the game preferences if the folder you put the crests in is the one the game is using as the default folder. go to preferences and you will find it on the first screen.
