FM Modifier and FM Genie Scout

When is the FM Modifier and Genie Scout coming out for FM2009?
I've seen FM Modifier v3.0 but it is in Chinese so I don't know what is about. I want to edit the favoured clubs of a player which could be done in FM Modifier for 2008.

If you look on the utilities download section of the site there are programmes which do exactly what mod and genie done on 08

Yeah I've seen programs that do things the same, but I have yet to find one that can edit the players club preferences like fm modifier - e.g. so i can sign bojan (at the moment he doesn't want to come to me)
