I was just wondering if there is anything anyone does in Particular for every game they start?

For Example i dont ever go a team that has more than a 23 man squad,And i always bring in my own Asst for every club i go, and always look to get Tord Grip in as my main scout haha

anyone else do anything repetitive?

Try to build a squad with mainly homegrown players, even if its some really dreadful country like Peru or Scotland.

When I go to a club, I usually look at the best players available, follow the backroom advice and craft the best possible formation I can. I sometimes use videos to watch what kind of football they play. Sometimes even the ZonalMarking website to look at the tactics used in recent matches.

After that, I chop and change the players who I don't think I'll need a bring in youth. I never really go to teams that have less than £1million to spend and in the top-flight of their country. Unless their country is ranked below 20 in the World Rankings.
