FM Touch 16 reserves

I'm playing football manager touch 2016 on iPad and sacked my assistant manager and brought a new one in, ever since I have been taking control of every reserve game and I cannot for the life of me work out how to change this so my assistant manager or head of youth takes control of the team. Any ideas? Thanks.

It's a bug so I don't think you can change it once you miss the question when they ask you who to manage the reserves.
