FM will not load

I came on this morning and tried to load FM however it doesnt even start up it just says that their is a serious error which can be seen here.

I have tried un installing and re installing and deleting all the recently added graphics I put in.

Any ideas?

Tried it wont let me. I done a system restore but now I cant remember my steam email so I cant do the the safe guard code!!!! Serious withdrawal symptons from fm
