FM wont work?

ive just installed fm and whenever i try to load it up its fine until the start screen. and then it just screws up from there as it doesn't have a skin and whenever i click on something it just writes over the things already there and doesnt get rid of it. im just wondering has anyone had this problem and solved it or could hazard a guess as to what is happening.

btw ive tried the uninstalling and installing tactic didnt work just wasted 3 hours... :S
 
How powerful is your PC. It may not be powerful enough..?

tbh i dont think its how powerful my computer is as 09 and 10 both have the same specifications and 09 works perfectly fine so i am really confused as to what the problem is... :S
 
It may not be then I have no idea why?
