Personally, the think that has impressed me the most on FM10 is the new format of coaching, I think the use of 5 stars has made it a lot better than 7 stars, I also liked the fact that it is a lot easier to get good scouts on new game. Another thing that impresses me is the fact that staff can delcare interest in jobs at my club, I do feel guilty as i have stolen most of Arsenals youth coaches, the most expensive being Martin Keown. I think the staff are also a lot cheaper than FM09. Pretty much all my staff are new with the exception of Lewington, Gary Brazil, Malcolm Elias, Mike Kelly and Bettinlini. How do your staff shape out on new FM10. What ****** me off the most is that Massimo Neri is now employed, he is my favourite.
