FM10 Country Creation Requests

This thread is for people to post their requests to me on which country they want me to create for them on the new data editor.
Dont be expecting me to create them super-fast because I'm leading a busy life as it is, but every request should be completed within three days.
I will only be doing one request at a time.
I'll be beginning my work from monday onwards because I'm already creating a Maltese league for a seperate thread.
Also if you want me to create extra divisions for countries then I can do that too, I will just need a link(s) to a site with some information.

Request Type: Lower Tier Adding
How Many Tiers: 2 (the 3rd and the 4th)
Extra Information: about the 3rd tier: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liga_Alef (there is no explanation there about the promotion playoff from the 3rd league to the second. the teams that finished in second place at each sub-division play against each other one game, the winner plays against the team who finished in the 14th place in the second league)

i know it's a hard job because there is not much information about those leagues and about the teames there, but i hope you will succesied (i am a fan of a team from the israeli 4th tier so i really want to play with them!)

Country: CATALONIA
Request Type: Change a countrys name to Catalonia and then make a league system.
How Many Tiers: Liga de Cataluña, Liga B, Liga C
Extra Information: Take the top 20 Catalan teams (best reputation), with our with out Barcelona and Español, and make them into Catalan clubs and place them in Liga de Cataluña, take the rest and put them in Liga B and C.
A tip is to look in Segunda Divsion Group 3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Segunda_División_B_Groups_1–4) and Tercera Division Group 5 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tercera_División_Groups_1-9) where you find all the Catalan based clubs. Except Girona and Gimnastic who plays in Liga Adelante, and of course FC Barcelona and Español who plays in Liga BBVA.

I would really appreciate it if someone can create the above info for me, I have been playing FM since CM2 but have never really done any editing. I lived in the UK for a while and stayed in Devon, I would like to manage Bideford in FM but am not sure of all the league rules below the conference north/south.

Extra Information*: I dont know what can I tell you more. Two divisions whit 12 teams each bottom 2 teams are relegated from first division(T-Com 1. CFL) and 10th team goes to play off whit 3rd of second division (Druga Liga)
