FM10 English League Level 10 Import Help Needed

Hi, I have downloaded the level 10 add on, however when I come to start a game it says that the FA cup is taking 21 teams from the Northern Premier League Premier Division which only has 20 teams. I have opened the editor and adjusted this to only use 20 teams however then it wont let me change the total number of teams, it keeps ressetting to 256. Can somebody please help???

stick a team without a league in there.

or move everyone up a level and then add a new team at the bottom level.

its because kings lynn went out of business btw
