FM10 Launch problems

I bought the CD, installed the game without problems.
Now when I want to load the game, I can't.
The installation didn't leave anything(like a quicklaunch button) on my desktop, and when put in the CD and press the autorun button, nothing happens.

Can anybody help me get the game loaded?

You may not have a powerful enough PC mate.

The things is, I do have a powerful enough PC, that is definitely not the problem.
I played the game all the night no problems and is was fast enough as well, but now I cant reload. So that is definitely not the problem.
