FM10 Resolution Problem

Hello I need a bit of help. I play FM10 is windowed mode because its much easier and yesterday I connected my PC to my TV and played FM on that. I changed the resolution on my PC via control panel so it would all fit on the screen. Since then I have connected back to my monitor and changed back the resolution. Now however, when I start up FM it only takes up half the screen and when I click maximise it becomes all blurry. I can go to preferences and change FM's resolution but then its not in windowed mode which I want.

Any help will be appreciated thanks.

go to preferneces, display and sound, then go to display mode and select the right resolution
 
Yeah I said that I could do that but then it wont be in windowed mode.
 
Dam thats annoying windowed is so much better
