If you may remember in the last years edition of FM there was a tactic made by JP Woody called ''4-2-3-1 Germany style''. As the name tells it kinda replicates the German style of play at the World cup 2010 at South africa. That is solid in defence and a deadly counter.
As I sayd this tactic isn't mine, so all credits go to JP, well most off them :D I did some minorr tweaks to it, as you will see.

This is the LINK to the original thread from JP Woody.

NOTE: THIS IS STILL IN TESTING PHASE SO USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Ok down to bussines. It looks like this:

POSITIONS AND KEY STATS:

GOALKEEPER: Reflexes, Handling, One on Ones

FULLBACKS: Tackling, Marking, Crossing

LEFT CENTRE BACK (cover): Heading, Strength, Anticipation, Acceleration

RIGHT CENTRE BACK (stopper): Heading, Aggresion, Strengh, Jumping

DEEP LYING PLAYMAKER (MCL): Tackling, Creativity, Passing

CENTRAL MIDLEFELDER (MCR): Long shots, Creativity, Passing

WINGERS: Crossing, Dribbling, Pace/Acceleration

ATTACKING MIDFIELDER: Dribbling, Flair, Technique

POACHER: Finishing, Anticipation, Dribbling

I need testers for feedback if it's good or if it needs further work. Anyone who wants to try it just ask and I will send it to you. Cheers mates :D

I would love to test it.. I have defensive theories I need to test and a nice counter-attacking tactic wouldn't hurt.

Great to know, the defence is to leaky. Suggestions are welcome :D

Not great with tactics but maybe setting one of your def mids to defend instead of support will provide a bit more support when defending.

Wait, how the **** did you get Hedwiges Maduro to play in a League Two side? Because I heard he was class.

As you see it's my 3. season. He was released in the second season and was offered to me by his agent. Was supprised my self he accepted my contract offer :D

So you've failed to get bradford promoted in two seasons? Sack for you XD

Well not really mate, I've taken them over somewhere in the middle of the last season and got to playoffs. This is my second season at Bradford.
