Fm11 badge, kit and facepacks problems

i've recently downloaded the facepacks and badges and also the kits but am having trouble getting them on the screen, the way i did it with folders on Fm 09 isn't working help please!!

did you install in :

Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\facepacks
and
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\logos


Also go in Preference, untick Skin Cache and tick Always Reload on Confirm

ive now got the faces and badges , but only got some of the kits , so like blackburn have all 3 kits but liverpool have none :/ ideas ?

the newcastle kits wont work.....do i have to change something on the config?

there is something that you do in fm preferences-display sound untick and tick a box cant rem these off top of my head (using my phone to post this) something like always reload skin.

sure others on here will help.
